Catering FAQs

Cravings Catering is a full service catering company offering an array of menus and serving styles. Executive Chef Eduardo Pesantez has an international culinary background with the ability to prepare just about any cuisine.

Cravings Catering offers private tastings where you can select the menu of your choice (prior to the tasting). You will meet with the Event Director to discuss your meal and time frame. Please note, there is a small service fee for tastings - however, if you book with Cravings we will wave the fee.

The Wedding Director from Cravings Catering will work with your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same time line so no important detail gets missed. They will also manage the catering staff to make sure that your meal is ready when you are, help with any guests needs and ensure the catering area is cleaned. We also offer full service Wedding Coordinators should you desire more one-on-one attention.

Cravings Catering can supply you with most of your rental needs. When you book your wedding reception with us we will include the necessary items needed at that particular venue that will help complete your wedding day.

Cravings Catering strives for exceptional customer service and food quality. We base our bookings on the event size and menu selection. We will never over book a day.

As no wedding is ever typical, with each bride and groom having their own ideas of what they would like served on their wedding day, Cravings Catering has put together menu ideas that will help guide you to the perfect menu. Get a quote for your event.

The Wedding Director at Cravings Catering will help you with all your catering needs. She is available Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 8 PM at 269-934-9400 or via e-mail anytime. She will work with you directly to help you build the perfect menu and can take any specific menu requests to Chef Eduardo.

Cravings Catering does their best to make sure the Staff Director/Wedding Director is on site at your wedding or event either during the set up process or the serving time. If they are unable to be there for the entire day they have fully trained assistants that will be.
